This seeding compost kit with Perlite is ideal for early growing, consisting of 1x 15 litre bag of Peat Free Melcourt Sylvagrow Multipurpose Compost, 1x 10 litre bag of Vitax Perlite Compost Additive, 5x Seeding Trays and 50x 4″ White Plant Labels.
Melcourt Sylvagrow Multipurpose Compost
A unique blend of fine bark, wood fibre (bi-products of sustainably managed British forests) and coir (from a single, known source). It contains balanced nutrients sufficient for the first 4-6 weeks of growth. This growing medium is widely used throughout the UK by professional growers and is suitable for a wide range of uses around the garden. Melcourt SylvaGrow contains no peat or green waste compost. Sustainable growing medium for gardeners who are as passionate about the environment as their gardens.
Vitax Perlite Compost Additive
Vitax Perlite is a naturally occurring volcanic rock which, when heated to high temperatures, produces lightweight micro-porous granules. When mixed with compost, Perlite holds water and nutrients in the compost, producing a healthier growing media.
Seed Trays
These seed trays can be reused if handled with care. Formed from 75 mm thick recycled high impact polystyrene. The two level drainage allows for over-head or sub-irrigation systems.
Plant Labels
4″ robust white plastic British made plant labels. Perfect for marking seed trays, pots or attaching to young plants.
