APPLICATION RATE

If you are using Composted Bark Fines as a soil conditioner, spread them on the soil with the help of a rake to a depth of 2.5-5cm (1?-2?). The minimum depth for effective weed suppression is 5cm (2’’). If the soil is very heavy and chalky, you can apply Composted Bark Fines to a depth of 10cm (4’’). If you are using Composted Bark Fines as a mulch, spread them on the soil with the help of a rake to a depth of 2.5-5cm (1?-2?). Make sure to leave a gap between stems and mulch to avoid plant damage.
