The most cost effective form of PVC strapping in the Rainbow range, it allows some stretch which is of benefit to the tree in aiding wind resistance but is still strong enough to last over 10 years in outdoor conditions. Can be used in conjunction with low priced hoop collar, rubber blocks or rubber tree cushions.
